Minimum Requirements: Customer service skills, ability to follow instructions to complete assignments, ability to work in coordination with others, and attention to detail. Working under close supervision, provide general office support such as: greet visitors file, type, and scan documents enter data into spreadsheets/data applications answer phones and assist callers organize and sort documents assist with mail assist with calendar scheduling and meeting arrangements.
